Hobart Airport faced an ongoing challenge with drivers overstaying in the pick-up/drop-off zone, leading to congestion and safety concerns during peak times. They needed a clear, engaging, and effective way to encourage compliance without creating a harsh or unwelcoming atmosphere.
We developed a series of friendly, inclusive, and eye-catching decals that remind drivers of the time limit and encourage them to keep traffic flowing. The result was a significant reduction in congestion, improving both safety and efficiency for passengers and drivers. With an estimated annual audience of 2.8 million people, the campaign continues to have a wide-reaching impact.
